18th edition of the itSMF Annual Conference

The 18th edition of the itSMF Annual Conference will take place on October 11 at Lispolis, in Lisbon, both online and live.

This year’s theme is “Trustworthiness and Agility of Service Management” – two of the central aspects in business models today, especially after the paradigm shift that the pandemic has forced on us.

Do companies/organizations continue to provide services with the agreed quality? Are cybersecurity concerns properly guaranteed for each stakeholder transaction? And at what speed does all this happen?
